Mike Allen is the President, CEO, and Co-founder of Quantum Realty Group, the parent company of Century 21 Jordan-Link & Company—a globally recognized Top 25 Century 21 franchise—and Homes for Rent, Inc., a leading property management firm. Both companies are headquartered in California’s San Joaquin Valley. With over 25 years of experience, Mike has trained and mentored high-performing sales professionals, delivering more than 1,000 presentations and training events. His leadership journey includes serving as Director of National Accounts Sales Support for Hubbell Lighting, Inc., President of the Orange Belt Board of Realtors, President of the Tulare County Association of Realtors, and multiple terms as a State Director for the California Association of Realtors. Now celebrating his 27th year as a real estate investor, Mike is the managing partner in five real estate partnerships across three states, overseeing a portfolio valued at over $25 million. His deep industry knowledge and strategic insight have made him a respected figure in the real estate community. In December 2024, Mike will release his debut book with Forbes Publishing, The Quantum Real Estate Agent: The Blueprint for Developing Your Competitive Edge. The book chronicles his personal journey and shares the principles that have guided him to peak success in the industry.
