This review will not do Mike justice in any way. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thorough. This time is probably one of the most difficult to purchase a home; however, I really had no choice. Mike was there day in and day out for showings. He was there nights and weekends to put in multiple offers. When THE home and opportunity presented itself, and the offer was officially accepted, Mike went above and beyond to hold it all together through the entire purchase. There's no way I could have done it without him. He is the ultimate professional; however, he is caring and compassionate and always puts his clients first. I highly recommend Mike Allende.

Mike Allende is the best there is in central Florida. To say that working with Mike was a pleasure would be an understatement. He not only went above and beyond to ensure we found the home of our dreams but he put his heart and sole into his work. We worked with Mike for almost three years before deciding to move to Florida.
