Mike Berg is an excellent real estate agent. He is patient and knowledgeable. We shopped for over 2 years in the heated pandemic real estate boom. Mike pays great attention to the details most home buyers overlook, always checking for leaks, condition of appliances and HVAC systems, windows, roof condition. He was very quick with communication, running comps, and suggesting strategies to win the bid. Mike also has a wealth of referral sources for all your moving needs. I found Mike Berg online to help me sell my condo. Mike met me at the property and to both our surprise it was destroyed. The renter then squatted there for 9 months while the court grinded through the eviction process. Mike offered his experience and to connect me with colleagues who could help restore the place. He was patient through the process and very accessible. He coached me through optimal timing of the sale and told me what I needed to invest in and what I didn't. He was kind, professional but also relatable in way that gave you a sense you've known him a long time. Mike obtained multiple offers and secured a deal much higher than the property was listed for. Personally and financially I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I never take the time to write reviews but have made an exception for Mike Berg. We interviewed 3 top agents in my Aunt’s market to sell her home. They were all good however Mike was very calm and reassuring and put my Aunt to ease that this process would go smoothly. We made the right choice! There were numerous obstacles that occurred and Mike was there for each and everyone of them. Whenever we called about anything there was always a rapid response with the information we needed. Communication was the name of the game and he had 4 aces. He also charged less commission than the other top agents which put more money in my Aunt’s pocket instead of his. We couldn’t be happier. I found Mike on Upnest. He came to the property I was selling and had a very good proposal that already had a property analysis and property comparison's. Any question I asked he had a confident answer without any hesitation. He is punctual, professional and always answers phone calls. Mike made the home selling process extremely easy and stress free. Mike also offered services with other professionals he worked with such as professional photographers for the property and real estate attorneys. The photographer was amazing and fast. The real estate attorney and his team are also extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I was a little nervous selling and also had a difficult location. But Mike was always there and said that I have no need to worry and he was confident the property would sell. I never got the feeling he was in it for just a sale or recommended anything that was not in my best interest. Even when I first met Mike he said to me " Do you have another place lined up or a place to stay? If you don't I wouldn't recommend selling." To me that speaks volumes about his character and that he doesn't want people to go into selling their home without a plan. His commission is very fair priced. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely contact him in the future.

We had a ton of issues finding an agent we trusted during our home buying process. Out of sheer luck, we were directed to Mike and we were very grateful to have his help during such a stressful and exciting experience. I found that the other agents we worked with would put their own desires for a quick sale before our needs as a home buyer. They pressured us to make offers without fully understanding our priorities for a house. But Mike was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout our home buying process. In such a hot market, he would respond instantaneously and provide clear and honest feedback. If a house wasn’t a great fit, he never tried to push it onto us and understood exactly what we were looking for from our first conversation. The house we ended up purchasing received multiple offers and ours beat out all others due to Mike going to bat for us.
