Originally from Virginia Mike met his wife, an AZ native, in 2003 and after one visit to AZ decided to call it his new home. They first lived in Scottsdale and then moved to Gilbert in 2007 with their two beautiful daughters. They built a home in Seville and absolutely love the community. Mike attended George Mason University and studied business management. Since college, he has owned and operated a few small businesses including a landscape design company, casino event company, and a paintball store and field. Most recently, he was in the bar business before entering real estate. Through these experiences, he realized the lost art of customer service. Being genuine and relatable, going the extra mile, a simple smile, anticipating needs, knowledge of industry, and overall experience are all vital parts of an enjoyable and smooth transaction. He brings these qualities into the real estate field.
Pulling from his experiences of running small businesses, he has created an effective strategy to price, market, and sell your home for the best price. Being in the bar business gave him the network to really understand the area and market trends. What areas are hot, what are not. What’s in, and what’s out. Communicating, listening to his clients, and understanding their needs and goals is paramount to me. He prides himself on always being available for his clients, he actually answers the phone.
