Perseverance, Diligence, Adaptability, and more Perseverance.

We interviewed several realtors and Mike was by far the best fit for us. He was kind and respectful from the very start. He helped us sell our family home in the Santa Cruz Mountains where our mom lived for 51 years. We had many challenges, but he kept encouraging us with new ideas to close the deal. He definitely knows the Santa Cruz real estate business, has great resources, and was EXTREMELY patient with the hurdles our property presented to the sales process. We highly recommend him! 5 stars, 10/10.

Mike is a true professional that cares about his clients. He helped my daughter and I find our perfect new home in Soquel and connected us to our local lender to make the process smooth. He goes the extra mile with answering questions so you have all the information to make educated decisions. He is the only realtor I will recommend to friends and should I ever need to his services again...he will be our go to for sure!!

Mike has provided the know-how, connections and expertise to help us buy a foreclosure. He makes problems disappear, knows how to put his clients in the lead when there is a bidding war. He has helped us get quotes, advised us and is just generally an all-around good guy. Definitely the person you want on your side during a real estate deal. I would unconditionally recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate person. He has MORE than earned his sales commission by going over and beyond to help us. He is also quick, responsive and technically savvy which has helped since for most of the negotiations we were 2400 miles away in Maui. Karen Chun
