My business partner and I are both young, and a lot of people don’t really take us seriously, but Mike treated us with respect from the start and genuinely went to bat for us. Mike Bottaro is our Listing Real Estate Agent. We chose Mike because of his experience, knowledge, and tenacity. Mike is an agent who will not stop working to find or sell your home or property until at the closing.
Mike arrived at our property ready to list our home in less than 24 hours after contacting him. We completed all the paperwork within an hour of his arrival. 24 hours after completing our paperwork the property was listed for sale. Michael had TWO offers on our property within FIVE days. We were at settlement a month later. Mike was able to negotiate a price FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS over the asking price. Mike was in constant communication throughout the sale process. We lived in our old home for almost forty years. Our children were raised there. Although, we became "empty nesters," our home was filled with tremendous memories and much sentimentality. knowledgeable and trustworthy. these are the two most important words when it comes to picking a realtor and from my initial meeting with mike i was convinced he had both qualities. i'm someone who doesn't like to turn things over to anyone. i want to drive the car or steer the ship. i dont like the thought of turning over important decisions in my life to someone else. with mike i did just that and never once regretted doing so. he was right every step along the line in the process of selling my home in lexington park in ne philly. from what i needed to do to what i didn't need to do. from when to list to how much to list. from how long he thought it would be on market to how many offers he felt there would be. i mean he was right on target EVERY SINGLE TIME. "i have a good feeling" he kept saying even when i was doubtful. do yourself a favor and trust mike's "good feeling". it comes from years of experience and more importantly listening to a client, which is a lost art these days. i don't think there is another realtor who has a better feel for the entire phila and surrounding areas than mike. selling or buying a home is one of the most important things we do in our lives and when your sure your realtor is tops among his peers and u can trust him completely, your way ahead of everyone else. thanks mike, great job!
