Mike Butcher

A native East Tennessean, Mike grew up in a family that was actively involved in the business of real estate. From new construction homes to fixer uppers, the passion to make a property the best it could be was instilled from an early age. Mike’s parents, as well as his two sisters, continue to invest in and improve residential properties in Knox and Blount counties.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and major in Finance. He began his professional career in the Hospitality Industry, managing the daily operations for several hotels in the Knoxville area. He later served as president for His Children Ministries, a non-profit organization that focused on providing educational opportunities for children in several Eastern European cities. His desire to teach led Mike back to the classroom as an educator, teaching Algebra courses at the Christian Academy of Knoxville.

Mike is the Principal Broker/Owner of MCB Properties.
