They spent time showing me how they would approach selling the house, market strategies and timing.
In short order my house was sold.
They have a very good knowledge of the housing market in this area.
I thought they had my best interest at heart, trying to get me the most value for my house.

Mike, Chris and Luke Hoss sold two of our homes quickly! We went through two different realtors that could not sell our first home... so we called the Hoss’s and they sure did get the job done! They were honest... professional efficient and always got back to you ASAP!!
They gave us great tips to sell our second home and it was sold in 4 WEEKS!!!

I loved using Mike,Chris, and Luke Hoss! They found my husband and I our perfect home! They took the hardship out of buying our first house. From getting us first into new listings, answering all our questions, And having us look at houses that have features we wanted in a house. Made our search so much easier! Our house was only on the market for a day! We were the first ones in, loved it, and had a offer in by that night! Next day it was accepted and now we own the perfect house! After Our offer was accepted they made the process very easy. Walking us through it step by step. They negotiated the price for us, negotiated Repairs that needed done before purchase, and they were very honest. I can tell they really care about you finding the perfect house. That means a lot to me. . They are always just a phone call away and kept me updated with everything! They are truly the only agents I would go with! You can’t go wrong ever with them! These are the most honest, hard working, on the spot realtors I have had the pleasure of working with in buying 3 homes over the years. I do not hesitate to recommend them to my friends as I know there will be no second guessing.

I have signed contracts with them at midnight, have corresponded my email at all hours as they do not let a good point or question linger. They get right on it.
