Mike Daubert

Mike Daubert is a REALTOR® with the Layton Realty Group, part of The Real Estate Group in Virginia Beach. Mike provides superior service and focus on the details, owing to his nearly 10 years combined experience owning and operating small businesses with his wife Megan in the service and hospitality industry.

Mike is passionate about people. After earning his degree from the University of Virginia, he has been investing in others throughout his career. From coaching high school sports to teaching to owning and operating small businesses, Mike has developed a sharp business mind while at the same time making the lives of other people better. Recognized in 2018 (Gold) and 2019 (Platinum) as a HRRA Circle of Excellence winner, Mike was ranked in the Top 5% of Hampton Roads agents overall and in the Top 2% of Buyer Agents in 2019.

Mike lives in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach with his wife Megan and their three children. They bought a fixer upper and enjoy watching the transformation as they work on home improvement projects. In his free time, Mike enjoys coaching his kids' soccer teams, taking the kids fishing, and spending time outside. He loves to play the piano, and every once in while you can catch him as the MC at the PTA Family Bingo Night. Mike and Megan are always in search of the best Mexican food around town (any suggestions?). They have fallen in love with coastal living and Mike loves to dream up ways to continue developing Virginia Beach into one of best cities in the country. Mike and Megan are pioneering the "I Love VB Podcast" where they get to tell stories of local businesses, entrepreneurs, and people.
