Mike and his team are very professional and know what they're doing. They worked with me to help sell my parents home. They did a competitive market analysis and came back with a list price higher than I expected. We listed the home and got 2 offers within 1 day. We accepted a cash offer at 96% of the list price. Mike even acted as POA at the closing so I didn't have to return to Indiana to do the closing since I'm from out of state.
