Mike was EXCELLENT to work with. My wife found Mike's information after doing a google search for realtors in our area. At the time of our search the housing market had historically low inventory and we had a very narrow target area. This lead us to a year long search with Mike. At no point during that time did Mike try to push us into buying. He was very patient and actually told us not to settle for something that didn't fit our needs. While working with Mike, the market changed dramatically, interest rates increased, and we went from wanting to lease our existing town home to selling it. All these factors changed our search criteria. Mike adapted to all the changes we threw at him. He was very quick to respond to calls, e-mails, and texts at all hours of the day. Mike also has a construction background and would point out major problems he saw as we walked properties. When it came to negotiating Mike was prepared and possessed accurate market knowledge. My wife inherited a house as part of an estate which we needed to sell, unfortunately the title was missing, lawyers were not doing their job, the usual hastles with the village inspectors, and much more that I won't bore you with. We had the best expeirence with Mr. Dybas. He was always very helpful and always went above and beyond to get the job done so much that he cleaned up the mess that our previous realtor got us into. He knew everything about the areas we were looking in, always knew if houses got water or had mold. He always took our feelings and expectations into consideration while at the same time offering sound advice. Mike actually sought us out after we had fired another realtor who was not very serious about selling our home. Mike was in constant contact with us by phone, text, and e-mail keeping us up-to-date as to how the sale was going. This contact was very important to us as there was no interaction with our previous sales person. The old realtor would never let us know when the open house was, when there were showing-nothing.
