Mike was EXCELLENT to work with. My wife found Mike's information after doing a google search for realtors in our area. At the time of our search the housing market had historically low inventory and we had a very narrow target area. This lead us to a year long search with Mike. At no point during that time did Mike try to push us into buying. He was very patient and actually told us not to settle for something that didn't fit our needs. While working with Mike, the market changed dramatically, interest rates increased, and we went from wanting to lease our existing town home to selling it. All these factors changed our search criteria. Mike adapted to all the changes we threw at him. He was very quick to respond to calls, e-mails, and texts at all hours of the day. Mike also has a construction background and would point out major problems he saw as we walked properties. When it came to negotiating Mike was prepared and possessed accurate market knowledge.
