Over the past two decades, Bedford Brownstone Realty Licensed Broker and Owner Michael Feldman has emerged as a leader in the Brooklyn real estate market. The Brooklyn native was among the first to anticipate the real estate explosion in Brooklyn, allowing him to build long-lasting relationships with sellers and investors alike. Michael has done thousands of appraisals for banks who value his opinion on the current market value of their properties. Leveraging his expertise in anticipating emerging market trends, his execution of strategic initiatives, and his exceptional negotiating skills, Michael has helped hundreds of families achieve the American Dream of home ownership. He has built and trained a team of real estate agents, effectively positioning Bedford Brownstone Realty as the go-to real estate company in one of the most desirable places to live and invest in. This year, Bedford Brownstone Realty expanded and opened its second location in Forest Hills, Queens.

Michael graduated from Baruch College with a BBA in Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events and concerts, playing golf and traveling all over the world.
