I have known Mike for 9 years (former neighbor). When I sell my home, Mike will be my realtor.

We have had several conversations regarding real estate and how he goes about his business ( I have seen him in action). He definitely makes his customer priority #1. He will ensure that his customer will get top dollar (and best candidate) for the owner he represents and as a buyer he will ensure you the best opportunity to get the sought-after property at the most favorable price and terms.

Mike is a tireless worker. He is like a bulldog with a sock (tenacious) when it comes to his clients. He is a man of fairness and integrity. If he makes a statement or promise, he will back it up.

Once again - Mike has not yet represented me on a sale - however - when the time comes - I will use him as my realtor (and I am a picky SOB). Great guy - Mike is the epitome of an old-school family man and friend!
