Our family moved to Pennsylvania from North Carolina, and we found Mike Foltz, our PA Realtor/Agent, through an online search. From the beginning, he exceeded all our expectations. He stayed in regular contact with us in NC as we sold our home, and did his best to clear his schedule for the two multi-day trips we made to PA to find our new home. He helped us successfully negotiate the purchase of our new home, which we (he) found during our second trip to PA. Mike received the physical delivery of our truck, which was shipped and arrived in PA prior to our driving from NC. He also helped us with installing a deadbolt lock at our new home on a weekend, when no locksmith was available. For these reasons, and many others, Mike has our highest recommendation!

Professional throughout the entire process while making sure not to sugar coat any issues he saw when we were on walk throughs while looking out for me as well if there were issues. He walked me through the entire process and was quick to answer any questions every step of the way. Made many recommendations for house listings, scheduled showings with 48 hours of the listing popping up, and even helped me when in contact with the mortgage company.
1000/10 experience.

Mike helped us sell a camp that has been in my family for over 50 years. He did a fantastic job being sensitive with the fact it was hard to let go of the property. He found the perfect family to take over the camp. He kept us informed of everything that was going on and kept us in the loop. Mike was very professional through the whole process.

I purchased my first home with Mike. He was highly professional and extremely responsive in my experience. We had actually run into a few issues that he worked out while maintaining open communication with myself and the seller. Considering he did all of this while in the middle of the pandemic, I would highly recommend him and will be using him from now on.
