Mike became a Real Estate Agent so he could share his unique experience and skills to help PEOPLE. He loves what he does! Mike enjoys helping first time home buyers realize their dream of home ownership. Mike just helped a couple who have bought and sold several homes buy their retirement dream home. As a VA Home Specialist and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), he is especially proud of the Veterans he has been able to help buy a home with little or nothing down. There are many nuances to the VA home buying process that he has expert knowledge of. Mike has sold homes getting top dollar for people who thought they were in seemingly impossible situations. He loves solving problems! That is one reason why he consistently ranks in the top 5% in sale volume of Greater Nashville Realtors. Music originally brought him to Nashville, where, with his first royalty check he bought his first house. With his second, he bought his first investment property. Mike spent the next twenty-five years making music and investing in and managing real estate in Nashville. After a successful career as a songwriter, musician, and producer that saw over16 million record sales, and performances across the USA in venues from The Grand Ole Opry to LP Field, Mike’s growing passion for real estate led him to pursuing it full time in 2010. Since then, Mike has enjoyed working with clients from first time home buyers to seasoned investors.
