My experience with Mike and his team was simply fantastic. I lived in Philly for a number of years but relocated across the country from one day to the next. As for my home... well, I had to sell it somehow. The problem was that I was not in the city anymore. This is where Mike and his team came in. First, Mike helped me figure out what repairs needed to be done. Then, he helped me find good quotes for any given repair (e.g. quotes from multiple handymen to paint the place, from multiple HVAC professionals to help fix my AC, from at least two electricians to help fix some minor issues). After it was all done, the place looked incredible (he sent me many pictures and videos and always kept me in the loop). Now the house was ready to be listed! He was spot on on the pricing and so we got a good offer fairly quickly. Negotiations started, and this is where Mike himself made the biggest difference. He is level-headed, smart, and frankly just good at this stuff. He helped me navigate the back-and-forth of pre-inspection negotiations and, most importantly, post-inspection negotiations. After it was all said and done, I closed on the house all without having to be in town but informed of everything that was happening. Mike runs an excellent team. They are engaged, responsive, inclusive, and transparent. If you need a good realtor, he is it.
