We used Mike to sell a house that belonged to our Aunt & Uncle that passed away. Mike was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I think dealing with estates might be difficult when everyone has different ideas/opinions. Mike was able to guide us through the process during a changing market and interest rate increases. Mike was also very patient through a process that seemed stressful and emotional for me. If I could give Mike 100 stars I would. If I ever need a realtor again - Mike is my guy.
