We feel very fortunate to have had Mike and Jules as our realtors
They are well known in the area and let us know about every house that came up for sale, Mike would even call us about homes that were coming to market that might work for us. Eventually they found us the perfect house off market and we could not be happier.
We had a complicated deal involving multiple sales and exchanges, they stayed ahead of everything and communicated with all the other parties to make the deal happen.
If you want realtors who actually do what they promise, call Mike and Jules.

Mike and his team were a big asset considering having to deal with HOAs that were a challenge to begin with. He is honest and upfront about everything and made sure that the Buyer was made aware of any issues with the home so that it didn’t come back on the Seller. I would highly recommend Guzzardo Real Estate especially if there are special circumstances with selling your property.

Not only was he able to get us into the property we wanted that was in very high demand, he was also able to get our townhome on the market quickly and sold quickly.
