"Love Where You Live" An entrepreneur by heart, Mike Hosey has founded four successful businesses in the past 20 years. As a partner, he now brings his invaluable experience and vast knowledge to the real estate firm, Trade and Tryon Realty. Mike is a licensed Realtor in North and South Carolina. He's also a Broker in Charge in the state of North Carolina and South Carolina. His extensive first-hand understanding of real estate transactions has personal roots, having bought and sold over 30 properties personally, both residential as well as commercial, during his personal and professional journey. Helping people realize their dreams of homeownership is one of the strongest driving forces behind Mike's success. Recognizing that real estate is often the single largest purchase and investment that people make and that it can become quite complex to navigate based on many variables. It is the goal of Mike's Trade and Tryon Realty to assist both home sellers and buyers alike through the entire process with as little hassle as possible. In fact, Mike envisions his firm to be known for delivering a concierge-level service to their clients. In 2021 alone, Mike helped over 110 people either sell or purchase their houses. He believes that working with clients closely and understanding their needs is key to any successful business. As an entrepreneur, his goal is to create lifelong friendships through serving his clients. He does this by making sure he educates his clients on current market conditions, providing expert advice, and making sure they have all the information they need to make intelligent and informed decisions. When not busy with business, Mike loves the great outdoors. He enjoys skiing, traveling to unique parts of the world, and spending time with family.
