Mike was very professional and straightforward with every question we had. He also knew and did many things that most other realtors do NOT do such as pointing out deficiencies in houses we were looking at and answering questions honestly (even when he knew we didn't want to hear the honest truth). I respect that whole heartedly.

Mike also dropped evening plans multiple times to show us a house at last minute in this crazy competitive market. When my wife and I were about ready to give up looking, Mike was the one who recommended not to give up…and a few weeks later my wife and I found our forever home and are incredibly grateful.

I HIGHLY recommend going through Mike Hutson as your realtor. He is amazing.

If you need a realtor, call Mike Hutson with Re/Max. He will help you find the right home or sell yours. He is patient, professional and knows the area. He also knows about houses and can tell you good or bad about a house you are looking at. Mike helped us with 2 houses and my son find their home. He makes it easy!!
