Mike was wonderful during the difficult situation of trying to clean out and sell my mother's house while living out of State. #1 he's the nicest guy #2 he went way above and beyond in helping us out - he assisted with us donating much of the furniture, he took things to Goodwill for us, he helped with trash removal (who else would do that!). I totally recommend him as a realtor!
