Mike Laureto

Mike Laureto is an Associate Director within the Asset Management Group of Cedar Street Co. Laureto is primarily responsible for investor reporting and asset management. Additionally, he assists in underwriting and closing commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Cedar Street, Michael spent two years as an accountant for First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR). Most recently Michael worked as a Senior Portfolio Accountant for Heitman Capital Management, a global real estate investment management firm with nearly $30 billion of assets under management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University.
