Mike has been helping people buy and sell real estate from Denver to Berthoud since 1998. Mike has focused on the residential market, with emphasis on quality service, dedication, personal attention, and customer satisfaction. His services also include: new construction counseling, investment property analysis, mountain properties, foreclosures/distressed properties, HUD and VA properties.
Before moving to Colorado in the fall of 1997, Mike was a real estate developer in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. While in Wisconsin, he spent four years building the prestigious Bristlecone Pines Golf Course community, starting with 363 acres of farm fields and ending with a 225 home subdivision and a championship golf course which just hosted the Wisconsin U.S. Open qualifier tournament.
