I found Mike a year before he actually helped me buy my house. I thought I was ready to buy and turns out I wasn't. I informed Mike and he understood, but kept up with me anyway (in a professional and non pushy way). A year later, we decided it was time and Mike was there for us during the entire process. I can't tell you how many times I called him and asked questions or changed directions on him. He never once made us feel like we were frustrating him. He's super quick to respond, fights for your best interests, and is very very knowledgable about all things real estate. Mike is the real deal. You can't and won't go wrong with him as your agent.

Mike helped us purchase an investment property in the Phoenix area, and he is the ideal agent for any investor to work with. If you're an investor, and you like making money, then work with Mike. Why?
1. He is an active investor in the Phoenix area himself. He understands the economics and priorities of investors. He understands what cash flows and what doesn't. Very few agents actually understand how investors think, and Mike is one of the rare few.
2. He's extremely creative in finding value-add opportunities. If you're looking for an opportunity to really make money and force appreciation, then you need somebody who who's able to find the untapped opportunities in a property -- the bonus room that can easily be converted to a bedroom to bump rents $500/month, the insulated garage that can be rented as a separate unit, etc. Mike is always looking for the hidden opportunities that others overlook, and in a market like this one, that is the only way to actually find killer deals.
3. He's very well-connected and can put you in contact with the best contractors for any price point
4. He goes above and beyond. Throughout our transaction, Mike had to jump over a ton of unexpected hurdles with the seller. We didn't make things easy for him either -- as investors we're a bit high maintenance in all of our due diligence and preparation. Mike was gracious, accommodating, and never hesitated to do whatever needed to be done to keep the deal moving forward

Mike is the best realtor that I've come across while living in AZ. He is very communicative and loves to educate others on real estate. I first came across Mike on a social media site. His post on tiny homes and helping investors with their real estate needs really intrigued me. Once I reached out, Mike was extremely responsive which really helped me build confidence. I asked Mike to help me identify a single family home in Phoenix. Mike is absolutely amazing! Despite the many hiccups (mostly self inflicted) that Mike had to deal with us he remained super professional and helpful. Mike never hesitated to take us to see a property even if it was last minute and was super efficient at taking us to see as many houses as possible to make the most of our day. One of Mike’s best qualities was his communication, Mike made sure to stay on top of all the properties we liked and let us know step by step on what was happening throughout the whole process. I would with out a doubt recommend Mike to anyone that is looking to buy a house and have a great experience while doing so.

Finding and buying a house in the current market was not an easy task. Mike was able to sell two of our my homes very easily and found my wife and I our perfect home. Mike was always very professional as well as extremely knowledgeable about home improvement. In addition, Mike was ALWAYS available to us when there was a house we wanted to see and my wife and I saw a lot of homes. He negotiated and helped us to obtain a home at an amazing price.
