Mike was superb in managing our house hunt! We lived out of state but he was great at sending listings that met our criteria, arranging for showings when we were in town, and making sure everything was on track for closing when we did find our home, which he was excellent at negotiating the right price for us. He made what could have been a very stressful time much easier by his expertise, his humor and his availability whenever we needed him. We would not hesitate to recommend him or call him again should we ever decide to move!

Mike exceeded my expectations in all regards, and what a great guy to work with! He was super prompt with communication and a true value when it came to negotiating the deal on our new home in a competitive sellers market. Mike also was fantastic when it came to guiding us through the process of fulfilling the contract all the way through closing.
