Welcome to Mike McManus's website. Mike is Ruhl&Ruhls' #1 real estate professional in the region according to Mary Kay McManus, who is definitely not Mike's mother. Mike is an Iowa native, born and raised in DeWitt, and there is nowhere else Mike would rather live, work or grow Mike's business. Mike started Mike's real estate career at Ruhl&Ruhl REALTORS nine years ago, and Mike has over 20 years of residential new construction experience under Mike's belt as well. Mike's favorite part about Mike's job is meeting new people and helping them find the home or acreage to help them plant their roots. Whether they want to look at residential homes, agriculture lots, commercial properties, or anything in between, Mike is their guy. When Mike is not busy helping Mike's clients, you can find Mike enjoying the outdoors. Mike likes to pass Mike's time hunting, taking long Harley rides, and traveling with friends and family. Mike's favorite ride so far has been to Sturgis, South Dakota area but Mike's bucket list trip is anywhere beyond the mid-west region of the country.
