Mike Minore

Michael Minore brings more than two decades of sales and marketing experience to the real estate industry. His strong organization skills and market knowledge, paired with his commitment to delivering exceptional service, creates an unparalleled experience for his clients.

Prior to embarking on a full-time real estate career, Mike served as a project manager at Marriott International for more than twenty years where he oversaw sales, marketing and technology efforts for the brand. Having personally invested in and managed several income properties in the region, Mike has a firsthand understanding of how to navigate the high-stress landscape and can advise his clients on risk assessment, financial modeling, marketing, and skillful negotiation. For Mike, real estate is a business of creating lasting relationships, and he takes pride in his ability to simplify complex transactions and help his clients achieve their goals—from commanding the highest return on their investment to making the winning offer on their dream home.

Mike is a member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS®, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®. He holds a BS in Marketing and Sociology from the University of New Haven and is a Certified Project Management Professional in Advanced Studies in Landscape Design.
