Mike Napovanice

Michael Napovanice serves as Principal and President. Michael is responsible for strategic planning and growth of the company as well as oversight and responsibility for all financial and management functions including corporate and property finance, accounting, brokerage, asset management, property management, human resources and risk management. Michael also holds brokers licenses in several states and is very active in brokerage of multi-family and commercial assets. Michael’s career in property management and accounting spans over twenty years. Michael received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Finance and Japanese from Rockhurst College. Affiliations include: on the Board of Directors of the Heartland Apartment Association, Kansas City Apartment Association and the other organizations in Kansas City brokerage community. He does serve and has served on the advisory boards of several Banks, Financial Institutions and other Brokerage Companies throughout the United States.
