We hired Mike and Maureen after seeing their advertisements for years on the local billboards around Riverside. They seemed so professional and stood out to us as the most compatible agents in town. They had an amazing presentation for us and walked us through the whole process before we listed. They also are active agents in Orange County so that brought a lot of value of us as they have listed and sold high real estate prices. Maureen is similar to us in regards to having the whole entire house feel like a model home. We ended up staging the property and it was well worth it. The house had multiple offers and we ended up going with the family that was a good fit for the home and the loan process. We ended up doing a "coming soon" before we went live and that was exciting! Selling a home requires a lot of signatures and documents. They made the whole process easy and were very accessible whenever we had a question. If I had to rate them, I would most definitely give them a 10/10. They are such a great team to work with and we appreciated how helpful and genuine they were throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend them for listing and purchasing agents. They are very professional and have a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Let me share with you my first experience of buying a house: Overall, working with The Parniani Team is a very pleasant process.
As an intermediary for buyers, Mike has a professional knowledge of the local market. Mike started to look at the house with me in early September. During that time, I don't remember how many houses I visited. We didn't find a satisfactory house until November. During this whole process, Mike was very patient and meticulous to answer any questions I raised. Because it is the first time buying a house, I am not very familiar with the whole process. Mike gave me specific suggestions for each step. Every weekend, as long as I have time, Mike will take me to inspect the house, and during the inspection process, based on his experience, help me point out the possible problems in each house, and provide a lot of practical suggestions for me who lack experience. . During the whole process, I also learned a lot about real estate from Mike.
After we decided on the house we wanted, Mike worked closely with my creditors and actively communicated with the seller to help us complete the transaction at a relatively reasonable price in the current competitive seller market. They were lovely to work with. They always responded in a quick and knowledgeable manner. Their expertise and negotiating skills were perfect for us as first-time home buyers. We were paired with Mike and Maureen Parniani through Zillow, which we used to search for homes. As novice home buyers, we felt fully supported through the entire process by the Parniani Team.
While we mainly communicated with Maureen, the Parniani team as a whole is an efficient, well organized and tech savvy team who will help you procure the home of your dreams!

Case in point: we found our home on a Saturday evening, received a phone call within minutes by Team Parniani, were able to book a tour in the era of COVID for Sunday morning. By Sunday evening we were pre-approved through a recommended mortgage lender, assembled and submitted our offer on Monday, and by Wednesday after some minor negotiations, our offer was accepted. Then even under a swift timeline, Team Parniani helped us to stay on track. Team Parniani helped to book our home inspection with The Mathews Group (Corona, CA) and guided us on our Request for Repairs. Even after Escrow closed, they have continued to support us with minor issues that were not disclosed prior to Escrow closing (e.g., home alarm system contract). Lastly, Team Parniani’s knowledge of the real-estate process helped us protect ourselves with all viable contingencies until we were able to confirm that aspects of the property met our satisfaction (e.g., repairs, inspections, permits closed, etc.). We would be lucky to work with Team Parniani again in the future, and we highly recommend them!

I have known Mike and Maureen for many years. I always knew when it came time to buy our first home, Mike and Maureen would be our realtors! At the beginning of the year, we decided to begin our house hunt. I told Maureen that we had 30 days to find a house or we would need to resign our lease for another year. Maureen confidently reassured us that she was up to the task of finding us our dream home!

With a competitive market, Mike and Maureen are 100% the reason our offer was accepted. I am forever thankful for that! The escrow process did come with its fair share of drama. With that being said, Mike and Maureen made this process as easy and seamless as possible. They were always available to answer questions and respond to emails instantly.
