Mike Pashai is fantastic. He is the only realtor that I will work with in the LA area. Based on my experience Mike is very personable, genuine, and knowledgeable about the property Market in LA. And, quick to filter and find properties that that honor serious consideration for investment. Mike spent time with me in every geography on the Westside, from Manhattan Beach to Malibu. I could not have found my property without him. He was able to help me negotiate a very good final price on my home in West LA, at a time of low inventory and market saturation. This was absolutely testament to his interpersonal skills and confidence on the property he has identified. I’m now a very happy homeowner thanks to Mike.
