Mike Pocisk is a full-time Realtor licensed in NC and SC. He has worked in the Real Estate Industry for his entire 25-year career as an Agent, a Mortgage Officer, and a Banking Executive. This experience ensures Mike's clients are provided with an all-around excellent experience while maximizing the profitability of one of their largest financial transactions.

Mike is also the owner of Mountain Properties of the Carolinas (www.mtnprops.com). The Team at MtnProps strives to assist clients that are looking for a home or property in the mountains of the Carolinas but are not sure exactly where they want to be. They cover the entire region through various memberships in multiple MLSs. Whether it is the Ashville Region from Maggie Valley to Lake Lure and up to Mars Hill or the Boone region including Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk we can assist. They look to match what clients are looking for with an area of the mountains or towns that have the key attributes they are looking for. They then help drive properties that match the features they are looking for in a home through a detailed search to align the perfect property for their needs.

Mike and his Team leverage tools that predict short-term rental income for any house of interest and the relationships with key business partners that help them execute on the transaction and align them with the property management experts to maximize clients' potential income.

Mike absolutely loves the role he plays for my clients. He has been known to pick up a rake or run my power washer when my clients need assistance with either selling their home or sprucing up their new home purchase. Delivering the perfect client experience is his number one goal.

Mike has lived in the Carolinas for over 40 years of his life (including 11 in Greenville, SC) with his wife and 4 kids.
