We had an excellent experience working with Mike to sell our home. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the market and very much on top of his work. He was prompt to answer any questions throughout the process from listing to closing. Everything went perfectly smooth. He was even able to get us a leaseback option to rent the house we just sold from the new owner for a couple of months while we are building our new house! From start to finish Mike was wonderful to work with. He is such a great guy. Would highly recommend Mike as a real estate agent to anyone!

I can not say enough about how great Mike and Cameron Realty is. With this market, and how many people put in offers, we thought we’d never get an offer excepted. Mike said it would happen when the right one came and I thought it was just a cliche but he was 100% right. We found a house we liked that was under contract but other offer fell through and Mike jumped right on top of getting in touch with them before they did another open house and we got it. Thanks to his recommendations, and constant contact, we got the house without going way over asking and it’s way bigger/nicer than we’d expected to get. He was there to answer all our question, even the lending/mortgage questions that weren’t his job. He went above and beyond from beginning to end. He’s also an extremely great person in general and was a pleasure to work with. I would’ve given up months ago had it not been for Mike. If you are looking to move to NH, especially from Massachusetts, Mike should be your first call! Thank you Mike!!!

Mike is amazing to work with! He showed up to view our house and gave us an estimated value on the spot! We had an offer withing a week and closed aprox 2 months later! He was ready to go and answered all of our questions without making me feel like I was stupid. I even called and got advice and he took the time to help me decide on putting our home on the market. He went out of his way and we are forever thankful for his efforts! Very professional with a great personality! Thank you Mike!

I was very happy with the professional way Mike handled the open house and the quick sale of my house. He answered all of my questions and replied quickly to my texts or phone calls. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me every step of the way, both with the sale of my house and with the purchase of my new home. Mike was Very professional and very helpful selling my mother's home in Manchester New Hampshire! He was very responsive to our concerns as we were working with him from Arizona and Nevada. He was there when we had questions, and kept us up to date through the whole process, Not to mention he secured a selling price well over our expectations ! Michael Proulx is HIGHLY recommended by all means to serve your best interests. This was the sale of my elderly parents home. Michael went above and beyond all of our expectations with making this sale less stressful for my parents and us!

Mike is fantastic at what he does! We worked with him for a few months before finding our perfect first home. He was always available to us and took us to countless showings. He is knowledgeable and enthusiastic and would always get his flashlight out with us to inspect things in the basement! These are the details that you remember!
He always had time for us and we never felt rushed or that he had other places to be. Mike made the process a whole lot less stressful and confusing. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know :)
