Prior to his career in real estate, Mike worked in property management, corporate finance, and carpentry, all of which provided a solid foundation for his career in real estate. His prior experience allowed him to develop effective business communication strategies, as well as an understanding of the inner workings of buildings structurally and aesthetically.

After three successful years in the business, Rasmussen made the decision to team up with Bussell Residential Group. Although he had successfully established his own brand, he felt it made sense to join this team for a more collaborative approach, and he has become a valued resource for the agents on the team.
