About Mike

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and grew up in the best decade to be a kid — the 90’s! We spent our time playing outside, making a competition out of anything and we were the first generation to implement technology into our lives. I was in sales the moment I got my driver’s license and quickly became more intrigued by business than school. Basketball and Soccer taught me that the sum of a team is better than 1. I loved being a part of something bigger!

I pursued a career in Law Enforcement out of high school because I wanted to help people in times of need and be an integral part of my community. Less than a year after becoming a Reserve Police Officer, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and that career path was taken away from me. That’s when I found Real Estate. I jumped into real estate full time at the end of 2014 and I’ve considered myself a trailblazer ever since. I achieved Rookie of the Year in 2015. I love setting goals and I’ve been able to increase my production as a Realtor year over year, closing 107 units for $56 million in volume in 2021! This achievement couldn’t have been done without our team of 3 to serve our clients with a Ritz-Carlton Experience every time.

I love how our industry allows us to wear so many hats. We are most obviously real estate brokers but also therapists, financial advisors, counselors, interior designers, landscape architects, inspectors, and even pizza delivery drivers!

It’s been an honor to serve those in Western Washington and I am driven by living for Jesus and my family. My wife Mindy and I have been together since HS and I am thankful for her support with all the crazy ideas I have. We have 3 amazing kids; Micah, Mylo, and Magnolia. They keep us on our toes! Don’t forget the doodle, Murphy. Yes, we all have M names and that describes me in a nutshell… it’s all by (God’s) Design.
