Michael Renaud is a Broker Associate with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. He has expertise in new construction development, multi-family investment properties, commercial industrial sales/leasing, as well as residential brokerage, with a geographical focus in both Hudson and Bergen Counties.

Michael's skill set includes an array of valuable experience including land acquisition, site approvals, financing, property management, negotiating and the marketing of both residential and commercial properties. He has completed well over one billion dollars in real estate transactions during his career.
