In addition to 30+ years experience and expertise in commercial real estate sales, leases and appraisals, I previously served as CEO and COO for a medical practice. Responsibilities included management of operations, practice profitability, ancillary analytics, physician recruitment, etc. Having extensive real estate contract experience the position included all lease analysis and FF&E contract negotiations.

CERTIFIED GENERAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISER (commercial & residential): Over 2000 appraisals preformed including but not limited to hospitals, medical office buildings, restaurants, shopping centers, churches, universities, retail, warehouse, office, land, pre-construction, auto dealerships, all types of investment properties, etc.
