Our Principal Broker and founder, Mike Rushin Sr., opened The Mike Rushin Company Inc. in 1992 after years of service in the Real Estate industry. After graduating from Rhodes College, Mike Rushin Jr. joined the family business in 1995.

Outside of the office, we are very involved in the community. We have done Public Relations work for, and served on the Board of Governors of, the Shriners Hospitals for Children - Shreveport (www.shrinershospitalsforchildren.com). The Shriners Hospitals provide expert medical care to children 18 years and younger in the areas of spinal cord, orthopedic, and burn injuries. These services are provided at absolutely no cost to the patient or their family.
Also, I am serving as the Executive Officer of DeMolay International, Jurisdiction of Arkansas. DeMolay International is a leadership and service based fraternity for quality young men between the ages of 12-21 (www.beademolay.org). I am also involved with our young ladies’ fraternity as an advisor (www.gorainbow.org).
I also work with area youth based athletic organizations in Little Rock. I have coached the Pulaski Heights “Bucs” for the last five years (www.phbucs.com) as well as basketball and baseball teams that my son is a member of the squad.
