Tyler was very accommodating to our requests and flexible with our short, limited time window as we have two small children. Had a great experience when I used Mike Sanes to purchase our Big Bear vacation home in 2013 so naturally asked him to be our listing agent when we decided to sell it in 2021. Mike and his team are very responsive including being proactive with updates without having to ask. The team was readily available to assist in each step including being on-site for us to cover appraisal and inspections since our primary residence was 150 miles away. They even took back our cable company equipment to Spectrum for us when escrow closed

Mike showed me everything I wanted to see and didn't show any bias or try to steer me one way or another. He offered great advice about the area. He had good ideas in terms of an offer. Mike was very patient and accommodating as an agent working with a buyer. We looked at many, many properties - some we even went back to in the same day. I would definitely recommend him. He also helped me find some contractors in the area. And, he keeps in touch pretty regularly.

The Associate Lara Melissa was very helpful throughout a difficult Fannie Mae process. We appreciated her tenacity and how she kept us in the loop. She helped us with the initial viewing and then assisted us through all phases. We were not in-state and Lara communicated often through phone or email. Being able to do so much via the internet allowed us to feel safe and taken care of.

Mike is a fantastic realtor! He managed to sell our house for a fair price and get us into the home of our dreams all in two months' time. Mike is really good at finding homes that he knows would appeal to your tastes and location. He won't waste your time looking at homes you wouldn't possibly be interested in. He stays on top of all new listings and immediately notifies you if there is a home, he thinks you would like. He's also very actively involved in getting your home sold. He will do open houses, marketing, whatever it takes. He's someone you can count on to be truly professional. And he's a nice guy.

Mike did a outstanding job working with me to sell my property in Big Bear. He is very knowledgeable in the area and an expert on the current market. We had several issues with the property that caused it to fall out of escrow in 2020. Mike took on the project again in early 2021, worked around the problems and sold the property in two days at a price 13% higher than the 2020 sale price. In addition, to play safe, Mike got a backup offer exceeding the 2021offer by 2%. Mike communicated at every step on a timely basis and produced execution documents within hours of making a decision. My wife and I spent 6 months persuing one house in perticular. We had many agents looking to help us, but after 6 months of looking at houses we did not want and no success at making contact with the agent or owner of the house we really wanted, we went to Mike Sannes. The same day we first steped foot into his office, he made contact with the agent selling the house we had watched for 6 months. The next day we were able to view the inside of that same house (something no other agent could accomplish for us). We were first time home buyers but Mike referred us to his selling agent Tyler Williams. Many people told us that buying a home is alot of stress. That was not at all our experience with Tyler. She inquired about one home through Zillow and the ONLY person to call her was Maureen Auer. Go see Mike and Maureen. They met with us and discussed in detail the process of selling our second home in Big Bear. (We bought the home from Maureen 7 years prior.) I would describe the process as easy and honest. It was like dealing with a good friend. There were no surprises. They answered the many questions we had. They guided us through the selling process honestly. Telling us how to stage the house. Giving us updates and when we accepted an offer it closed in 30 days. They use Docusign, an online document signing. That was my favorite part. Thank you, Mike and Maureen!!!
