Mike is simply amazing! Our family was relocating from NYC to Orlando and he made the process simple and stress free. We were moving to a different state while purchasing our first home and we depended on Mike to show us homes Via FaceTime. With this crazy market, Mike went above and beyond to find our perfect home and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you for your knowledge, integrity and the wonderful experience Mike! My family and I have recently relocated from NYC to the Orlando and we were extremely lucky to have Michael be and advocate for us throughout the entire process. From our very first interaction Michael was extremely attentive to our need and wants which helped minimize seeing properties that wouldn’t work for our family. Once we began looking at properties is where Mike really exceeded my expectations. Being that we were in New York and couldn’t physically be there to see every house physically Mike would often do walkthroughs with us via FaceTime which was a huge help for us. He was also very patient and took his time to show us every nook and cranny and was very transparent when we had questions about things that may have seemed off. Once we began to make offers Mike what excellent at getting things done in a very efficient and effective manner, which ranged from basic documentation to addressing offers or counteroffers. Once we did have an offer accepted Mike also aided me in being there for my inspection when I was unable to attend. Lastly, Mike assisted in coordinating the closing for our home which was super smooth and much quicker than I had originally anticipated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Michael and if you are looking for a hardworking, honest, diligent, and approachable agent I would suggest you speak to Michael!
