Mike Shadix

Mike began his journey in the homebuilding industry after working as an assistant golf professional out of college. He became a 25% partner in a homebuilding company, eventually increasing his stake to 50%, and then launched his own company in 1989.
He has served on numerous committees and advisory boards, including the Board of Directors for the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association, the Home & Garden Expo Committee, Habitat for Humanity, and The Children’s Center in Bethany. In 1993, Mike was honored as Home Builder of the Year for the Metro Area and later served as President of the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association in 1997.
Mike is highly regarded for his expertise in home design, construction, and warranty. Over the years, he has entered homes in various Parade of Homes competitions and earned awards for Most Innovative Design, Best of Show, Runner-Up Best of Show, Best Kitchen, Best Master Bedroom, Best Master Bath, Best Landscaping, and Best Décor. He also enjoys exploring and building homes in diverse architectural styles such as Art Deco, Mediterranean, Country French, and Contemporary.
