Mike Silva

Mr. Silva joined Americas Commercial Real Estate in 2003. He began his tenure in the marketing and technology department and quickly transitioned to working directly with the partners in 2007. In this capacity, he supported the team in representing the Landlords with the leasing and marketing the firm's exclusive listings while representing corporate requirements outside the parks, either for Lease or Sale. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he was promoted to Vice President of the company in 2009 and currently directs all park leasing while ensuring the company's commitment to excellence is a top priority. He is the holder of the esteemed International Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. He is also affiliated with the Miami Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Commercial Alliance, bearing witness to his commitment to providing the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in the field of commercial real estate.
