My wife and I have 2 young children and currently live in Michigan. We were looking for properties in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina and e-mailed Mike Spruell with some questions regarding a home he had listed for sale. Mike responded immediately to our e-mail and included additional information and photos to assist in bridging the distance and giving us a better feel for the property. We decided not to go with the original property, but were so taken by Mike's professionalism and courtesy that we made a trip down to NC to have him show us additional properties. Mike's knowledge of the Lake Norman and Charlotte real estate market was superior allowing us to know that we were in the very best of hands. Mike also was very knowledgable about the school districts in the area which was incredibly helpful in making our final home decision. While looking for a house in Norht Carolina we met Michael. He spent a great deal of time and effort over the course of a year until he found us the perfect house to make the home of our dreams. He was always courtious and patient with us even though we might have drove him nuts. He always got right back to us with any questions we had. It has been a pleasure working with him. We give him our highest recommendation and we could think of no one else if we or any friends would ever need a realtor.
