Mike was a pleasure to work with. He listed our home immediately, staged it, and had it ready for market in no time at all. During showings Mike shared feedback in a timely manner, informing us of what buyers were looking for. We were nervous at first about putting our home on the market during the pandemic, but Mike set up COVID protocols to ensure the prospect's safety and confidence when touring the home. He always made sure the home was in perfect order for showings. Mike was incredible to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed on market trends. In the end our home sold for our desired price and we couldn't be more happy with the service Mike provided. Highly recommend!

It’s been almost a year since we listed our last home with Mike Tart. It was right around the time they started shutting everything down because of COVID. We were apprehensive about how everything would go and how long it would take considering the environment. We were also a bit anxious about letting strangers into our home with the pandemic. Mike did a fantastic job of reassuring us and taking all the necessary precautions. We had an accepted offer within a week. Mike was invaluable during the process, especially suggesting which repairs we should take care of and even suggesting repairmen. He went out of his way more than once to offer advice and assistance. We were so happy with the job Mike did that we are in the process of having him list our second home. We highly recommend Mike Tart for your real estate needs!

I worked with Mike Tart on the purchase of my home last summer and I have to say that I've never seen a realtor go so far above and beyond! It was in the midst of a pandemic no less, which made his job even more challenging but he never dropped the ball. I used to own a business in real estate and worked with 100's of realtors, so believe me when I say he is the best. He was always available and so knowledgeable about the area and housing market, that he easily gained my trust and my business. He was originally the seller's agent, but he was very helpful to me as a buyer, so we used him too, instead of having another agent. He made sure that both parties were informed every step of the way; he was professional in every aspect, yet made us feel like we'd known him for years. He made the whole process seamless and painless, while also helping with coordination of the title company, to ensure the closing stayed on track. When the time comes for another purchase or sell of real estate I will most definitely be calling on Mike. He is simply the best there is. Do yourself a favor and give him a call, you'll be very glad you did.
