Hello, my family is very pleased with Mike Toth and would highly recommend him! After a long journey in trying to find our new home, we couldn't have done it without Mike, and closed on our home last month. He has an all around great skill set, very efficient and thorough, has a lot of energy and knowledge and expertise of the Eastern Shore area we were pursuing. Working with Mike was a dream come true. We lived out of state and couldn’t make it to house shop personally. Mike got a hold of me, and I explained my situation in detail and he understood......he checked in regularly about the sale of my house in California and new the exact right time to move forward on a house in Spanish Fort that the whole family had fallen in love with. Mike and I video chatted, texted, emailed and spoke on the phone regularly, he never got annoyed or bothered with my questions. Mike introduced us to the Daphne area. He established our desires and proceeded to find and show us properties meeting those desires. He was with us from selection to closing and coordinated activity with lenders, insurance agents and the builder. Since we were out of state, we really appreciated his involvement. We recommend Mike unconditionally. Great broker, greater character!!
