I am so happy to have worked with Mike. He reached out to me through a community group that we both belong to. He saw my inquiry about looking to rent and let us know about a home buying program that I never knew existed. He was very kind and professional, not at all pushy or invasive like some realtors can be. He maintained excellent communication throughout the whole process, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He looked out for our best interests rather than rushing to close a deal. Mike is the best!!! Selling/buying a new home is stressful but Mike’s calm, laid-back demeanor helped alleviate the stress and no matter what our request may have been, his response was ALWAYS an enthusiastic “I’m on it!” Mike’s strategy not only got our house sold on the first day but he made sure we got full asking price which was far more than we ever imagined! He was always responsive (typically getting back to us within 5-10 minutes) and when we requested to see houses he was never too busy and usually able to get us in the same day. Besides being an awesome realtor, Mike is an honest, decent guy who knows the market. If you need a good realtor who gets results call Mike, you will be happy you did!!

Mike Vara at Platinum Real Estate should be your ONLY choice for a realtor! Mike worked TIRELESSLY to answer all of our questions about first-time selling our home & purchasing a new one! He was available day & night & weekends, took us to homes that were in our budget & offered amenities we were looking for - nothing more, nothing less which was exactly what we wanted. Our prior realtor was unresponsive, made us feel pressured & seemed to only show us houses that benefited her pocket book. She was very out of touch with technology & communication.
