About Mike

I have always loved real estate and houses. As a child I used to build cities and homes with Legos and model trains. In high school I took architecture classes to learn how to design and structure homes. My father taught woodshop so I learned about construction and building. So I have had a love of homes my whole life. This led me to real estate as combining my passion for homes, love of helping people (I have a helper personality), education, and work experiences I gained. My goal for buyers is to find them their ideal home, and make the process for buying as stress free as possible. For clients selling their home, my job is market their home as creatively and actively as I can and help them attain the best price in the time frame they want.

Buying a home for the first time can be a challenging, nerve wracking, and sometimes overwhelming process. However, due to agents like Mike Welsch, the experience of purchasing a home can also be a stress-free, highly informative, fulfillment of a life-long dream.
