We worked with Mike thru a very contentious and complicated buying and selling transaction. Numerous issues came up on both ends of the transaction, and Mike and Denise handled them all with professionalism, made sure we understood what was happening, and ultimately managed to close both deals for the best possible outcomes. There is no way we would have been able to overcome some of the hurdles we experienced with another agent — Mike and Denise were available all hours, thinking outside the box, knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, and also worked to keep our expectations reasonable, as well as kept us sane. Months later, Mike STILL proves to be a resource, even when he doesn’t have to be. We recommend him with no hesitation, he is realistic and if it’s at all possible to get you in your dream home, Mike is the one to get you there.

Being 6 months pregnant with twins, the last thing I wanted to do was deal with selling our condo and buying a new home and all the logistics that come with it. Mike made the process of selling our condo and buying our home seamless and stress-free! He ensured my husband and I were happy and taken care of throughout the whole process-from home search to walk through. Mike was a reliable realtor that answered our calls and any questions we had, especially since I was a first time homebuyer. Mike goes over and above to insure you get your home sold by using great marketing strategies, working with other professionals whether there’s an issue with the property, closing company, other Realtors Mike is all over it!!
