We can’t say enough about Mike Zimmerman. He goes above and beyond what anyone might expect from their real estate agent. When the COVID-19 pandemic limited our opportunities to travel to Naples to visit potential properties, he always kept us up to date on listings that might be of interest. Mike was patient, understanding and empathetic when we were outbid on several homes. When we had an interest in a home, he would prepare videos for us to view, and provide tremendous insight on the neighbourhood, including proximity to schools, traffic, amenities, etc.

Mike’s knowledge of the area, his many contacts and list of service providers, proved invaluable when we finally submitted a successful bid on our Naples home. He is a very experienced and highly professional agent who demonstrates the highest integrity. He takes pride in going that extra mile for his clients. At the end of 2019 I was contemplating moving to Naples, Florida or nearby areas. I asked Mike Zimmerman to keep me posted on property I would be interested in. He did just that for a few months. I then visited the area and he took me to qualified homes. One of the areas was the location where Mike and his wife were building, Greyhawk of the Everglades in Naples. I fell in love with the area and quality of the homes. It didn't take me long to purchase one and had it built. Mike also proved to be so detailed that he actually kept me informed of the home's building progress for the next six months. I was so pleased as it was during the Covid 19 period in 2020 and I was unable to fly to Naples to see this progress. I have no hesitation on having Mike be my realtor again, should I ever decide to move in the future. Thank you, Mr. Zimmerman, I love my house and your service was impeccable.

While searching for our home Mike was very informative and researched every property we were interested in. Very in tune to our wants and needs. As soon as a property went on the market, he reached out to schedule a showing. During the mortgage process Mike gave us an outline as what to expect and when to expect it. This was our fourth purchase and by far the smoothest thanks to Mike.
