I’d like to take a minute to share my appreciation of one of your agents. Stephanie Rossip is nothing short of phenominal. I’ve looked, diligently, for a home in South Florida for over two years, using approximately six separate realtors, and had been unsuccessful at finding what I was looking for. On the last trip to Florida in the Spring of this year, with the intention of continuing my search , I walked into your office, and , with the luck-of-the-draw , met Stephanie . It turned out to be the single best move I’ve made in my home search. While the other realtors from various agencies had half heartedly made attempts at finding what I was looking for, Stephanie far exceeded the efforts of all of them. She diligently searched, and communicated with me regularly, sending me new listings and taking the time to discuss all of them with me , patiently. When I told her I was flying down to Florida for only a few days , she gave up her entire weekend with her husband and three kids , while 8 1/2 month pregnant with her fourth child , braving the ninety degree heat without complaint, and taking me personally to fifteen different homes. This is simply amazing to me , and above and beyond what anyone would expect from any real estate agent. She is simply beyond comparison, period . She found me my home, and I believe she was truly as happy as I was to do so . Please understand that I usually do not rave about anybody or anything these days, but this lady deserves recognition for her efforts . I told her co-workers at the office about her, and all of them , without exception, were not only not surprised, and in -fact completely in agreement with my assessment of Stephanie . Coming up on my first year of being a homeowner, thanks to April Emil. A year ago I had gotten together with April with interest of buying a home. I never thought that I would ever be able to own my own home. April made it happen! April didn’t just sell me a house, she sold me my forever home. A place where my daughters could call home permanently, a place where my daughters never have to worry about packing and moving again or the worry of where we are going. They have security now! April worked with me from sunrise to sundown. With myself working 7 days a week made it hard to look at listings during a normal business day but that didn’t matter to her. It did not matter what time she needed to show up to show me a house she was there! Finally when we found the right one, she went over and beyond on the repairs the house needed to past inspection. She is very knowledgeable about her real estate career and always had an answer for me. I did not realize the stress, the exhaustion, the paperwork that went into buying a home. When I would start to worry about anything April was always there to calm everything down, she is always steps ahead of the game. April is very warm, loving and caring. April puts everything she has into her clients and as I just celebrated our first Christmas in our home, I think back this would not have been possible for me to achieve this goal with out her support. While looking for a real-estate agent to assist with buying a florida home I dealt with several agents before meeting Shauna Shows. My first interaction with Shauna occurred when I messaged through zillow questions about a certain house I had interest in. Shauna was the listing agent for this particular house and responded very quickly to the question upon it being sent. My question was very specific in that I was curious if the house in question had room for a pool to be installed upon a later date. Her response was that she would contact a pool installer to get an answer and would have me a response by the next day. Shauna was right on point and had me a yes answer from the installer after he had reviewed the property. In no way did I ever expect a response so quick with a question that was obviously something that could only be answered by an installer. Shauna has incredible knowledge, experience and such an aggressive drive to get the job done it's left me totally impressed. During my search with finding the perfect Florida house Shauna went above and beyond, she would clear her personal schedule to accommodate my wife and I flying in from Mass to look at houses with only limited time available to house shop on any given trip. I'm not even sure where to begin with Miki and her team but here we go.... 5 stars does not even begin to do her justice. She priced and staged our home perfectly. Worked around our busy schedules to accommodate showings and open houses. Chelsea and Brittney from Miki's office are second to none. They were so much help and also assisted in calming our nerves when needed. We have tried selling this home 2 other times through different Realtors and they could not accomplish what Miki and her team could. It is not easy selling a home and can be emotionally and physically stressful and what these ladies did for us we will be forever grateful as we begin this next chapter. Miki and her team made us feel like family and not just another sale under their belts.During this time and having to put so much trust in a person I began using the phrase "In Miki we trust" and I'm glad I did because with that trust and bond we were able to do this with a smile on our face and money in our pockets!!😂

Miki sold my home in Port Charlotte, in one week., for more than the asking price. She did everything she said she would do and more. Ms Matrullo is extremely competent, friendly and easy to work with. She was always available to meet, call, text and email.
I found her to be very trustworthy. .
After moving across the country I decided to move back to Florida, Miki was my first call. She went to work and found the home I was looking for. Miki was amazing! Her responsiveness and knowledge are second to none. She had staged my condo so beautifully and professionally. We had a full price offer in the first few days after listing. That offer fell through due to an issue with the buyers. Miki held an open house the next day and we had multiple offers above asking price. She definitely went the extra mile for me and genuinely cares about her clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough....!!
