Rather by default we worked with Mila on a property we wanted to purchase near Indio CA after our successful purchase we feel fortunate to have done so She kept us informed, worked with our lender and escrow and seller to make this purchase process quick and without major hiccups She is very accommodating, knowledgeable and giving of her time Since we were purchasing from out of town these traits made it especially helpful throughout the process We would recommend her as a purchasing agent, and know we would use her as a selling agent when the time should come

We live in WA and listed 5 acres of desert land in Indio Hills. Although the listing was under $45k, she still gave us the exact same service of a listing worth $500k! Mila is very responsive, and follows up on everything. We would definitely list or buy with her again.

Mila was amazing. We saw our new home the first time 5 days after closing. Mila took care of us from the idea of moving to Desert Hot Springs, until past closing. She went to homes as far away as 30 miles to check on and view homes we were interested in and did videos for us. When we settled on our first choice she helped us understand the market which was very different than that of the area of TX we were leaving. She was ahead of us most of the way because of all the obligations we had to still attend to in TX. She was totally on her game. We closed without an issue and love the property. She is a wonderful person to have on your team. She is both personable as well as highly professional. I highly recommend Mila.

Mila was an incredible relator that we worked with for almost 6 months, and we highly recommend her for any homebuyers in Coachella Valley. Mila is a local and knows the neighborhoods and cities of the Coachella Valley very well. As first-time homebuyers, she was aware of our narrow budget constraints, and only showed us houses within our price range. We put in multiple offers to houses and, to our disappointment over and over again, none of our offers were accepted. While we were discouraged, Mila stuck with us and encouraged us to keep trying. Mila also continued to follow up with our favorite properties that were contingent. To our astonishment, our favorite house came back on the market and they accepted our offer immediately thanks to Mila’s hard work and following through! Mila’s suggested lender was also easy to work with as well and made the entire process easy to understand.

But having your offer accepted is just the second step in buying a home. Mila was awesome during the next phase as well. Both my significant other and I were moving from San Diego and work in transportation, so we were not able to make the drive out for every detail. Mila was always willing and would make time to meet with the sellers, as well as let cleaners, inspectors, and contractors in the property whenever we couldn’t be around. She was still available to do this even during the first few days we had taken over ownership of the house but didn’t have the time to move in yet.

Mila is a wonderful relator that we were happy to have found and will hope to work with again for any future homebuying or selling!

Communications: Mila was always available by cell phone or texting (has iMessage)

COVID Considerations: Our entire process was during the Pandemic. Mila always wore a mask and brought disposable gloves for touring houses to respect sellers and future buyers wellbeing. House tours would be scheduled in advanced due to social distancing guidelines in Riverside County. Also, all paperwork is virtually signed through DocuSign except the very final notarized documents.
